Position Description SummaryThe Dishwasher/Dining room Attendant is an essential member of the team responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring that all equipment used to prepare meals and serve guests is properly cleaned and sanitized. Whether working in an ontrend national brand, or an iconic concept from the local community, you will create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.

Duties And ResponsibilitiesAll Paradies Lagardère positions, including the Dishwasher/Dining Room Attendant, require that you embody a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to customers and team members at all times. You must embrace our family culture by following our core values, TRIFIC (Trust, Respect, Integrity, First-Class, Innovation, Commitment), recognize and satisfy all restaurant guests as well as be accountable to the Company and Restaurant Managers.

- Exceed First Class Service standards and behavior with every guest, business partner, and peers.
- Maintain a professional company image by adhering to all grooming and uniform guidelines, including slip‑resistant shoes.
- Collect used kitchenware from kitchen areas.
- Load and unload dishwashing machines.
- Wash items in 3 compartment sinks, when dishwasher is unavailable.
- Store clean dishes and equipment appropriately, following Food Safety and Sanitation Guidelines.
- Set up workstations before meal prep begins.
- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, utensil, and equipment, especially during peak hours.
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents.)
- Check dishwashing machines’ operation and report any technical/performance issues to management.
- Remove garbage regularly.
- Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
- Must go above and beyond for guests and other team members.
- Enthusiastically supports decisions once they have been made by management.
- Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
- Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean organized work environment that is free of safety hazards which may include sweeping and mopping.
- Accountable for compliance with all local, state, federal laws, and regulations including those relating to food safety.
- Clean and sanitize dining area by wiping down chairs and table tops.
- Sweep and mop dining area floor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED
- Food and Beverage experience is preferred but not required
- Serv Safe Certification, or equivalent, preferred.
- Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
