Flooring Department Warehouse Associate

RC Willey is seeking a Flooring Warehouse Associate for our South Salt Lake location. This warehouse-based role involves receiving and organizing flooring materials, managing inventory, loading and unloading products, and preparing items for delivery or store displays.

12 PM - 8:30 PM, Saturday through Friday with one day off during the week to be scheduled and closed on Sundays.

$17 per hour, with a $1 increase once training is completed.

• Load and unload products for contracted installers.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading merchandise from their vehicles.
• Load and unload transfer trailers.
• Process credit memos, including writing invoices and locating associated products.
• Maintain daily cleanliness of the warehouse and showroom.
• Partner with the Warehouse Lead to support inventory flow and inventory management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other powered lifts, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet productivity and service goals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
• Basic communication skills and a customer focused mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
