This is a full-time, on‑site role for a District Manager located in Greater Houston. The District Manager will oversee multiple retail locations, leading and mentoring store management teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence. Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and implementing strategies to drive growth. The role also involves fostering a motivating and inclusive workplace culture while ensuring an exceptional customer experience in every store within the district.

• Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to inspire and mentor store managers.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to monitor performance metrics and implement growth strategies.
• Extensive experience in retail operations, customer service excellence, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across the Greater Houston area to oversee multiple locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Passion for fashion and understanding of retail trends are highly advantageous.
