• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping at Target.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by leadership to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backrooms, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Process changes in pricing, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn operational procedures affecting inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve the experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while adhering to applicable laws.
• Other duties as required by business needs.

• Ability to handle cash operations when needed; climb ladders; move merchandise up to 44 pounds; work in varying temperatures; remain mobile for shift duration.
