Merchandise Coordinator

Home Goods, in partnership with Widgets Co, is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to support efficient product flow within our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will coordinate inventory, prepare and organize merchandise for shipment, and help ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and presentation for retail partners. You'll analyze basic inventory and sales data, collaborate with production and logistics teams, and support promotional and seasonal assortments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily merchandise flow between manufacturing, warehouse, and retail partners
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock discrepancies
• Prepare, label, and organize products for shipment and in-store displays
• Monitor product quality and packaging standards before distribution
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams on merchandise needs
• Analyze sales and inventory data to recommend merchandising adjustments
• Support setup of promotional displays and seasonal assortments
• Ensure compliance with safety and handling procedures in merchandise areas
