Role Description

The Floral Designer is a full-time or part-time role and on-site. This position is responsible for designing and assembling flower arrangements and bouquets for daily orders, events, and special occasions. The Floral Designer will consult with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable designs and products. Day-to-day tasks include processing and caring for fresh flowers, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting sales activities.

The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and consistent quality.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Floral Design and Flower Arrangements skills, including working with a variety of styles and occasions.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Sales skills to communicate with clients, process orders, and support in-store sales.
  • Candidates should possess Creativity Skills and an eye for color, texture, and composition to create unique and appealing designs.
  • Basic knowledge of flower care and handling, including conditioning and storage, is beneficial.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift floral materials, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in meeting deadlines and order requirements.
  • Prior experience as a floral designer or in a florist shop is required.
