Theindividualshouldhaveexperienceinconsultativesaleswithanemphasisonsalesorconsultingdirectlytoindustryfirmsandcorporations.
- Developprospectiveclientsthroughseveralstrategiesincludinginternetresearch,tradeshowlists,referrals,variousprofessionaldirectoriesandpersonalinvestigation
- Sourceandclosenewclientsthroughreferrals,cold calling,networking,andothermeans(trade shows,regional organizations,etc.)
- Cultivateandmaintainlongtermrelationshipswithclientsbydeliveringeliteclientserviceandengagingthembyusingknowledgeofeachindustryandorganization
- Formulatesalesplantoachievemonthly,quarterly,andannualsalestargets
- Generatedailyoutreacheffortstoprospectiveclients
- Buildaproductivepipelineandmanageeachphaseofthesalesprocess
- Developprojectbudgetsandcreateproposals
- Understandandarticulate Trans Perfect ’sfulllineofbusinessofferings,capabilities,benefits,andcompetitiveadvantages,andidentifyandreferopportunitieswithineachoftheseareastospecialistsalesandclientserviceteamstoclose
- Setandmanageclientexpectationswhileconsultingwitheachclientforbestpractices
- Manageandcontrolpricingandcontractualissues
- Travel(includingmultipleannualconferences,client meetings)-domestic and/or international
- Excellentwrittenandverbal Englishcommunicationskills
- Minimum Bachelor'sdegreeorequivalent
- Atleast6-10yearsofsalesexperienceinenterprisesales
- Provensaleslifecycleexperience-leadgenerationthroughbusinessclosing
- Proventrackrecordinachievingsalestarget
- Excellentproblemsolvingandanalyticalskills
