Job Description WE'RE HIRING! Join The Used Car Factory Sales Team!Are you driven, energetic, and ready to earn BIG? We’re seeking a motivated salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Compensation+$3,000 a month MINIMUM!!! expect to make between 6-14k a month.
+Daily cash spiffs.
+Salary + Big Commission.
Weekly cash bonuses

- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and assist them through the buying process
- Maintain knowledge of our inventory and market activity
- Build strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Sales experience preferred — but willing to train the right person
- Strong communication and people skills
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
- Highly motivated and goal-driven
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (not required)
