With over 100 years in the automotive industry and 20 years in the accessories business, we offer our Dealers the opportunity to incorporate Genuine OE Accessories into each customer's automobile purchase. With well over 10,000 SKUs, we have something for everybody.

Wheels, tires, lift/level kits, tonneau covers, assist steps, superchargers and calibrators, floor protection, badging, etc. All of these products fall under the manufacturer's bumper-to-bumper warranty. Our Business is growing, and orders are coming in as fast as we can fill them.

At RMAC, we're not just looking for team members; we're looking for future leaders. We need two new team members to receive inbound phone orders, process e-commerce orders from five sources, and answer any questions regarding pricing, availability, and fitment. Under the supervision of tenured Inside Sales Support, there is an opportunity for rapid advancement for those who excel in providing an exceptional experience for our Dealerships and their customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer Service and Consultive Sales Ability
• Maintain Professionalism and utilize tact when dealing with demanding customers and situations
• Proficiency in keyboarding and internet skills
• Organized and friendly personality
• Ability to learn and retain automotive accessories knowledge for all supported makes and models
• Team-orientated, organized, and self-motivated
• Ability to maintain attendance as defined by company policy
• Capable of working with little supervision near other co-workers
• Strong track record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
