Business Development Associate

• Directly contact C‑Level Executives to identify projects and equipment leasing/financing opportunities.
• Responsible for identifying equipment and project financing needs in a B2B capacity.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder in a B2B environment with the ability to clearly explain leasing/financing opportunities for Cap Ex and project‑based lending.
• Effectively manage a sales pipeline with strong attention to detail within Salesforce CRM.

• 1+ year’s experience in contact center or similar phone sales role preferred.
• Financial services or sales experience preferred.
• College degree preferred (not required) in a related field such as Finance, Economics, Business, and/or Communications.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with C‑Level Executives.
• Strong data management skills.
• Multitasking ability to research companies while simultaneously making outbound calls.
• Positive attitude, self‑starter, and strong work ethic.
• Professional demeanor – in both appearance and communication presence.
