What You'll Do- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate appointments and sales opportunities.
- Communicate our dealership's value and services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a customer-first mindset in every conversation, building rapport and trust.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
- Reliable, driven, and motivated to meet goals.
- Ability to learn quickly and use CRM or contact management software effectively.
