As our client base grows, we are expanding our inside sales team to support account development and pipeline growth. We are currently seekingaccountdevelopment representatives to focus onlead qualification, account growth, and pipeline development.
In This Role:- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments
- Support sales pipeline development and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account notes
- Coordinate with sales and onboarding teams
- Experience in inside sales, account development, or lead generationis a plus but not required
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-focused
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
