We are looking for a Sales Representative to help grow Frontall USA's client base and bring in new business.

The ideal candidate has an existing network or client portfolio, strong relationship-building skills, and experience in B2B sales. This is a commission-based opportunity
, with earnings tied to closed contracts.

• Promote our HR solutions to potential clients.
• Use your existing network and prospect through Linked In, email, calls, referrals, and events.
• Build and manage your own pipeline and book of business.
• Understand client needs and present the right solutions.
• Keep sales activity and opportunities updated in Hub Spot CRM

• Manage the sales process from first contact to closing.
• Travel as needed.

• Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Existing client portfolio or strong professional network.
• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment, BPO, EOR, or HR services is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated and results‑orientated.
• Comfortable with a commission-based compensation model.
• Availability to travel.
