Role:
Field Sales Representative responsible for promoting products within a defined territory to healthcare providers, hospitals, pharmacies, and retail accounts, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.

• deliver structured, informative sales presentations
• manage sample distribution per regulatory standards
• develop and maintain comprehensive call schedules
• analyze sales data for performance optimization
• and ensure compliance with company policies and reporting requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
• minimum 1 year of outside sales experience (preferably in life sciences or pharmaceuticals)
• advanced communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• proficiency in disease state knowledge and sales techniques
• valid US driver's license
• self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Focus on promoting products related to disease states, with emphasis on pharmaceutical sales, compliance with PDMA guidelines, and utilization of CRM systems like Veeva.

The role involves 50% travel and may require occasional weekend coverage.

The position is based on a salary range of $80,000-$100,000 plus performance incentives, with a comprehensive benefits package.
