Regional Business Director - Neuroscience, responsible for leading and managing sales teams within a geographical area to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in Neuroscience products.
Responsibilities:- develop regional business plans aligned with national strategies;
- build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and accounts;
- oversee recruitment, training, and performance of Neuroscience Specialty Representatives;
- analyze regional market dynamics;
- collaborate with Value & Access teams on reimbursement strategies;
- manage budgets;
- ensure compliance with regulatory and promotional standards;
- and leverage clinical information and market intelligence to support sales efforts.
- BA/BS;
- 8+ years in biopharma sales, including 3+ years in sales leadership, with experience in injectable medications and specialty pharmacy paths;
- extensive knowledge of payer landscapes, managed care, and key account management.
experience with preventive/acute migraine treatments or toxin markets.
High Value:Neuroscience therapeutic area, injectable products, payer and access landscape, sales leadership, regional strategy development, compliance with regulatory standards.
