As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and support site personnel and visitors with strong customer service and communication.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may need attention.

+ Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols and assigned post orders.

+ Support site operations by reporting maintenance concerns, access control issues, and/or policy violations, while maintaining a professional presence and providing clear directions when needed.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
