Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk duties at a financial services location.;
Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, verify identification and/or credentials, and help to deter unauthorized entry in accordance with site policies.;
Receive and direct guests, manage visitor logs and/or sign-in processes, and communicate clearly with building personnel regarding arrivals, deliveries, and special access requests.;
Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel for support when needed.;
Observe front desk activity and surrounding areas for unusual or suspicious behavior and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations promptly.
