, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier financial institution location as a Front Desk professional, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor lobby activity, and support security-related operations through strong customer service and communication. In this visible role, you will help to deter incidents while representing a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that values people first, teamwork, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $27.35 / Hour

Day Time Thur 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Friday 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Saturday 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sunday 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk duties at a financial services location.
• Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, verify identification and/or credentials, and help to deter unauthorized entry in accordance with site policies.
• Receive and direct guests, manage visitor logs and/or sign-in processes, and communicate clearly with building personnel regarding arrivals, deliveries, and special access requests.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel for support when needed.
• Observe front desk activity and surrounding areas for unusual or suspicious behavior and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations promptly.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
