• Gather and document requirements for hospital‑specific identity use cases, including:
• Provider onboarding (physicians, nurses, residents, affiliates)
• Role‑based access for clinical systems (e.g., EPIC, EHR, clinical apps)
• Rapid provisioning/deprovisioning for patient safety and compliance

• Work with hospital stakeholders (clinical operations, compliance, security) to identify access gaps, delays, and risk areas.

• Translate complex healthcare workflows into:
• User stories and acceptance criteria
• Process maps for identity lifecycle events (JML)
• Support IAM backlog refinement with clear prioritization of high‑risk healthcare use cases.

III

• Develop and execute test plans for SailPoint IIQ workflows impacting clinical and high‑risk systems.
• Validate:
• Timely provisioning/deprovisioning of hospital users
• Correct role assignments for clinical staff
• Access certification campaigns for regulated systems (I’m assuming this will become relevant again very quickly)
• Perform end‑to‑end testing across integrations (e.g., HR SailPoint AD/Entra /clinical apps).
• Track and manage defects impacting patient‑care systems with urgency and clear escalation.
• Support access certification and audit processes tied to:
• HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements
• Least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD)
• Ensure SailPoint configurations align with audit expectations and regulatory controls.
• Assist in documenting controls, test evidence, and validation artifacts for audits.

Minimum Qualifications

EQUIVALENCY
STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
