** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution reception area by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests in accordance with established access-control procedures.

+ Monitor lobby activity, visitor logs, access-control systems, and other assigned security-related equipment; report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation and notification procedures.

+ Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and incident documentation while providing a professional front-desk presence for Allied Universal.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
