Summary Coordinates the activities of the security communications and electronic system function. Performs related administrative assignments.

The schedule will be
- Monday
- Wednesday from Midnight to Noon and every other Thursday from Midnight to Noon.

Job Description The Front Desk/ Control Room Specialist serves as the first point of contact for employees, vendors, and guests entering the building. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and welcoming lobby environment, managing visitor access, and supporting day-to-day building operations. This role also monitors the security of the building, and directing any emergency response activities.

The ideal candidate is organized, courteous, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities Greet and assist tenants, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.

Monitor building access and ensure adherence to security and visitor management procedures.

Issue visitor badges and maintain visitor logs.

Respond to general inquiries regarding building services

Coordinate with HR, and maintenance staff as needed.

Report building issues, safety concerns, or incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to front desk activities.

Support emergency response procedures and assist during building evacuations when required.

Education and Experience High School Degree or equivalent2 – 3 years of related experience ENVIRONMENT AND

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Employee must be able to meet the following requirements with or without an accommodation.

Light work that will occasionally require employee to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Reaching above and below the shoulder occasionally

Must stay alert while working a 12 hour shift
