Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, access points, and the perimeter;
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and driver credentials, and document entries, exits, and unusual activity;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Prepare accurate activity reports and communicate observations to leadership and site contacts
