Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced Industrial Scaffold Builders to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling and dismantling scaffolding systems. This role requires a high level of skill, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures.
- Ensure all scaffold components are installed securely and meet safety standards.
- Perform site inspections to assess scaffold stability and safety.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to meet project requirements.
- Maintain and manage scaffold inventory and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on scaffold structures as needed.
Required:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Scaffold Builder.
- Strong understanding of scaffolding safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to work at heights and in various environmental conditions.
Preferred:
- Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a quick learner and motivated.
- Ability to travel and relocate as needed.
- Initiative-taking with the drive to learn and grow.
