$2,000 Sign-On bonus

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities to optimize performance, life expectancy and energy efficiency.
• Ensure equipment is maintained safely and downtime is minimized by anticipating repairs and keeping records of past operating experiences.
• Perform inspections and repairs to interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting. Maintain focus on HVAC/R systems and be multi-skilled in electrical, HVAC, piping/plumbing, and material handling equipment.
• Demonstrate technical expertise in HVAC and refrigeration; complete daily/weekly work assignments.
• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems and components.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing, interior/exterior repairs, grounds, and production equipment for assigned buildings.
• Study equipment items and methods to use them properly for everyday activities.
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
• Submit P-card receipts daily and update work order status in real time.
• Utilize CMMS systems (e.g., Corrigo) for all work performed.
• Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Be available for call-in work and perform other duties as required.

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with strong HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance background. Knowledge of overall system design and applications.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.

• Experience utilizing CMMS (Work Order) systems.
• Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
• Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration and HVAC.

Mobile position covering Salt Lake City, Utah and surrounding area.

$33-$35 hourly

Standard business hours with on-call availability.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
