• Ability to float between multiple properties and housing units
• Time management skills and close attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• English verbal/written communication skills
• Preferred - Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
• Preferred - Electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and/or drywall knowledge
• Preferred - Experience maintaining apartments or multifamily housing units

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Drive to get things done right the first time
• Collaborative mentality

• Completing daily work requests, performing general repairs, and conducting preventative maintenance to keep properties in tip‑top shape
• Quickly and effectively turning over vacant units
• Performing general property upkeep, including patching holes, painting walls, basic landscaping, and more
• Efficiently and effectively troubleshooting and resolving problems as they come up
