In this role, you'll lead residential and light commercial installation projects while mentoring installers, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring every job is completed safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do- Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Supervise and support installation crews in the field
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, rooftop units, and related equipment
- Read blueprints, layouts, and installation specifications
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
- Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve challenges in the field
- Train and mentor apprentice and junior installers
- Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate project updates
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, professional job site
- Promote a strong culture of safety and quality workmanship
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience with leadership responsibilities
- EPA Certification required
- RMGA Certification required
- Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Experience with system change-outs, new installations, and ductwork
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Dependable, professional, and committed to delivering quality work
- $30-$45/hour based on experience
