MBK Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage ongoing maintenance, repairs, and aesthetic upkeep for the community. You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and landscape tasks to ensure safety and comfort for residents and staff.
The role requires 1+ years of mechanical experience and a willingness to work 40 hours per week, Tue-Sat, with a starting pay of $19.00 per hour. Training, PPE, and safety protocols are provided by the company.
