Heavy Equipment Operators
- Wireless & Utilities - 4/2 - Per Diem
- Up to $40/hr
- Salt Lake City, UT
B.H. Inc. is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for their Wireless & Utilities division in Salt Lake City, Utah. These professionals will travel between job sites, operating excavators, loaders, and trenchers to install underground infrastructure. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, self-driven, and thrive in dynamic outdoor environments.
Perks & Benefits- Competitive wages: $29.00 - $39.00 per hour (up to $40/hr based on experience)
- Project-specific per diem provided for travel

- Reliable 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
- Minimum of 2 years of active experience operating excavators, skid steers/loaders, and trenchers
- Solid familiarity with safe trenching, digging, and excavation safety practices
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively between changing job sites
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided)
- Prior experience with utility plows is highly recommended but not required
