Job Summary:We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our Waterproofing Division. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and expanding department specializing in commercial waterproofing systems for a variety of building and infrastructure projects. As our waterproofing operations continue to grow, team members may occasionally assist with commercial roofing projects to support overall workload demands.

The primary focus of this role will be waterproofing installation, with opportunities to develop skills across both waterproofing and commercial roofing applications.

Daily Responsibilities

• Install waterproofing systems on commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Apply liquid, sheet, hot-applied, cold-applied, and cementitious waterproofing materials.
• Install below-grade waterproofing, air barrier systems, insulation, drainage boards, flashing, and related components.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, kettles, melters, lifts, and other jobsite equipment.
• Follow project specifications and manufacturer installation requirements.
• Utilize fall protection systems and PPE.
• Working on commercial roofing projects as needed.

Requirements

• Comfortable working at heights, ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts is required.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly.
• Previous waterproofing experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with kettles, melters, or heating equipment is an asset.
• Strong work ethics, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass a UA/drug test & required preemployment screenings
