As a Tech Foreperson (Heavy Equipment), you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing personnel, ensuring equipment maintenance, and optimizing operational efficiency. • Supervise and train staff in equipment operations and safety protocols.
• Create and manage maintenance and work schedules.
