Help adults with developmental disabilities and brain injuries learn new skills and access the community in a rewarding field.

As a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional, you support adults with developmental disabilities and brain injuries to live independently as possible. In a residential setting or at our day program, you assist clients with daily living activities, use effective teaching and mentoring techniques to tutor new skills, and help them achieve personal goals. You also assist with educational skills, recreational activities, and provide a safe environment while maintaining accurate electronic records.

• 18 years old or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Own a smartphone
• Reliable transportation and a good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Full‑time: 8‑hour shifts, 5 days per week (35‑40 hours per week). Part‑time: typically 8‑hour shifts 3 days per week or 4‑hour shifts 5 days per week (24‑25 hours per week). Shifts available: days & early evening.

Full‑time employees are eligible for benefits after a 60‑day waiting period, including health, vision, short‑term disability, dental insurance, and vacation time.

Federal and state laws require a criminal background review. Applicants with a history of abuse, exploitation, or felony convictions within the last 10 years will be denied employment or terminated if discovered while employed. All new hires are required to submit to a post‑offer and random drug screenings as a condition of employment. We participate in the E‑Verify program; employment will be contingent upon confirmation of eligibility and required documentation.
