Friends of Switchpoint Inc. seeks a Micro shelter Resident Support staffer for a swing shift (3pm–11pm) in a full-time role. You will manage day-to-day shelter operations, assist residents, supervise volunteers, and ensure safety and confidentiality per policy.
The position emphasizes crisis intervention, boundary setting, and coordination of resources for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Prior shelter experience is preferred and a Utah driver’s license is required.
