Bilingual On-Site Staffing Coordinator (Graveyard Shift)

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Graveyard: 6 pm – 6 am

Spherion is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented leader to join our team as an On-Site Staffing Coordinator
. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our contingent workforce during the night shift, ensuring seamless operations on the production floor. You will partner closely with client leadership to manage attendance, drive performance, and foster a positive work environment.

• On-Floor Leadership: Serve as the direct liaison for Spherion associates on the production floor, assisting with daily operations and policy adherence.
• Performance Management: Track and manage associate attendance and performance, providing immediate coaching and support to meet client standards.

  Partner with client supervisors to provide training and resolve associate concerns promptly.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain precise records of attendance and performance sessions, providing regular updates to both Spherion and client leadership.

• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in staffing, human resources, coaching, or team leadership within a manufacturing or production setting.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

  Fully Bilingual in Spanish (ability to read and write).
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Excellent organizational abilities and a knack for solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

This role follows a rotating 12-hour schedule (Sun, Mon, Thu, Fri / Tue, Wed, Sat), which means:

• You only work about 15 days a month.
• You enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week.
• Consistent 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. hours for those who prefer the night owl lifestyle.
