We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Housing Support Staff at our CHARTER and Stratford Apartments in Salt Lake City.

Day

Shift: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PMGrave

Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AMPay Range: $20.40 – $23.99 per hour

What You'll DoCreate a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors

Monitor building access and assist residents with entering and exiting the property

Support resident wellness, safety, and accountability

Build positive relationships through encouragement, rapport-building, and support

Utilize de-escalation, conflict resolution, and crisis management techniques

Transport residents to appointments and community resources

Support residents with a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented approach

Assist the House Manager and Program Manager with administrative tasks

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support resident success

Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating healthy, pro-social behaviors

What We're Looking For

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards

Preferred:

Experience working with vulnerable populations

Knowledge of homelessness, mental health, and substance use recovery
