Role SummaryWe're currently hiring for a Data Warehouse Architect to advise and participate in the architecture of the organization’s data warehouse. This position will coordinate with various departments to develop and deliver solutions that increase scalability, automation, and reliability.
What You’ll Do- Develop and manage Azure Data Factory pipelines, data sources, data flows, and custom integration runtimes.
- Leverage Microsoft Power BI for visualization and deployment of modeled and ad‑hoc data.
- Maintain and expand Azure Analysis Services to build tabular data models to support Power BI.
- Build and support Azure data warehousing infrastructure, data organization, ETL and support.
- Analyze and validate data accuracy of report results.
- Create internal dashboards and monitoring dashboards for major business changes.
- Create client‑facing dashboards and reporting.
- Experience with relational SQL and No
SQL databases, including MS SQL Server. - Use CI/CD tools.
- Work with cloud infrastructures in Azure.
- Experience using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power BI.
- Develop, deploy, and run an application in production environment.
- Apply infrastructure as code, service‑oriented architectures, and automation frameworks and technologies.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a related field.
- Experience using databases to update and retrieve data.
- Robust analytical, judgment, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong programming knowledge and understanding of programmatic concepts.
- Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Python, Golang, Power Shell, C#/dotnet, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Exemplary communication skills; ability to explain complex, highly technical information to non‑technical colleagues using clear, simple language.
- Excellent collaboration skills; this position transcends across the organization and will work with a variety of stakeholders.
This position is located in our Salt Lake City, UT office and will be a mix of in‑office and hybrid work. Qualified applicants must reside in the Salt Lake area.
