• Collaborate with a team of developers, testing engineers, and product managers to deconstruct complex problems into manageable components.
• Work full-stack
  , identifying opportunities to deliver small, iterative pieces of value rapidly.
• Take ownership of changes and features throughout the entire software development lifecycle

• Act as a force multiplier within your team, fostering the growth of other engineers and advocating for continuous improvement.

• At least four years of experience as a software engineer
  , covering both frontend and backend development.
• Excellent team and communication skills, with proven experience collaborating closely across engineering and product teams.
• Proficiency in NodeJS
  , Typescript
  , and React (or other modern framework) environments.
• Experience working with AWS
  , building serverless and managed services (e.g.,
  Lambda
  , S3
  , SQS
  ).
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing high-quality software following best practices for both frontend and backend
  .
• A passion for understanding customer pain points directly.
• Experience with or understanding of various architectural styles (e.g.,
  SOA
  , Microservices
  , Monoliths
  ).
• Team-oriented mindset, willing to drive excellence across the entire stack and team.
• Proficiency in SQL (
  MySQL or Postgres preferred).

• Experience with machine learning or generative AI prompt engineering
