Senior Developer, Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer
Responsibilities
- Senior Software Engineer will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate desired outcomes into working software
- Design and deliver production-ready solutions that balance quality, performance, speed, and maintainability
- Contribute thoughtfully to architectural and design discussions, articulating trade-offs and recommendations
- Take ownership of features and technical initiatives from concept through delivery
- Write clear, well-tested code and actively participate in code and design reviews
- As a Senior Software Engineer, you will support and mentor other engineers through collaboration, pairing, and constructive feedback
- Identify opportunities to improve system quality, reliability, and developer effectiveness
- Adapt and collaborate effectively as requirements, constraints, or priorities evolve
- Test Driven Development;
Owning production throughout the entire process - Developing and utilizing AI for coding
- Proficient in C#/.NET
- Experience with Cloud
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
