• Help solve interesting and challenging problems through the delivery of world‑class cloud‑based and on‑prem products within our rapidly growing industry.
• Working with our product organization to understand business objectives and help ensure our technical strategy can deliver the business objectives.
• Collaborating with technical leadership to define architecture strategy and design.
• Become an expert in how InComm Healthcare systems operate.
• Create prototypes of solutions that are sufficient to guide strategic decisions.
• Create prototypes and templates for the engineering teams to help build coherent engineering practices.
• Share implementation details of strategic solutions in writing and in person (i.e. group and one‑on‑one training).
• Participate in code and design reviews as you coach the development teams on the implementation of our technology strategy and best practices.

• 7+ years as a software engineer and 5+ years as a software architect working with the following technologies, languages, and architectures:
  • C#, .NET Framework
  • API development
  • JavaScript, Type Script, jQuery, Web API, CSS, JSON and HTML
  • Single Page Application development with Angular or React
  • Building secure, scalable cloud solutions for Azure Cloud
  • Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
  • Microservice architecture
  • Domain Driven Design
  • SQL and No‑SQL databases
• BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Passion for technology, continually increasing knowledge of new technologies and best practices.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of design and modeling methods.
• Strong familiarity with design patterns and principles.
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles.
• Expert‑level debugging skills.
• Experience correcting performance bottlenecks and scaling a platform in a growing business.
• Willingness to dive into any challenge with a positive attitude; be a go‑to resource for team members who need help.
• Experience with agile development practices.
• Extensive unit and integration testing (Test‑Driven Development preferred).
