Senior Software Engineer – AI / Agentic Workflows
We’re looking for a hands‑on engineering leader to define how software is built using AI. This role goes beyond using AI tools individually—you will design and implement agentic development workflows that improve how entire teams build, test, and ship software.
You’ll act as both a builder and a multiplier, helping teams adopt more effective AI‑driven workflows.
What You’ll Do- Design and build agentic workflows across the software lifecycle
- Automate testing, refactoring, and documentation
- Integrate AI workflows into development tooling
- Evaluate and adopt new AI tools and approaches
- Help engineering teams use AI more effectively to improve consistency and output quality
- Remain hands‑on in building systems and prototypes
Required
- Strong software engineering background (7–12+ years)
- Experience building production systems and designing architecture
- Hands‑on experience using LLMs or AI tools in development workflows
- Experience automating multi‑step workflows or developer processes
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design end‑to‑end solutions
- Experience building agentic systems or tool‑using pipelines
- Experience with CI/CD or Dev Ex tooling
- Demonstrated ability to improve engineering productivity at scale
- Builder mindset (not just strategist)
- Curious and self‑driven with AI experimentation
- Focused on outcomes, not just tools
- Competitive and flexible based on experience and impact
- Higher ranges available for candidates with demonstrated experience building scalable AI‑driven development workflows
