Senior Java Developer - AI Enabled

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Backend Engineer to design and build scalable, enterprise-grade backend platforms powering modern digital applications and AI-enabled enterprise solutions.

This role is ideal for a strong hands‑on engineer with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, distributed microservices, cloud‑native backend engineering, and enterprise integration, along with exposure to modern AI application architectures.

The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with modern architectural thinking and can build secure, scalable, high‑performance enterprise systems while helping integrate next‑generation AI capabilities into business applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and distributed microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and modern cloud‑native architecture patterns

• Build secure, reusable, and high‑performance APIs, event‑driven services, and enterprise integrations while ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Optimize application and database performance through strong engineering practices, including JVM tuning, concurrency optimization, caching strategies, and scalable data architecture.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to design enterprise‑grade technical solutions and support modern AI‑driven application capabilities where applicable.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical mentoring, and adoption of engineering best practices.

• 8+ years of backend software engineering experience building enterprise‑grade applications.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, including multithreading, collections, JVM internals, performance tuning, and secure coding practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot, microservices architecture, REST APIs, Kafka, and distributed systems design.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑native backend engineering, scalable system design, resiliency patterns, asynchronous architectures, and service communication models.
