Full Stack Engineer

An organization is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to develop, enhance, and support enterprise software platforms. This role will work across front-end and back-end application development, partnering closely with product teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle to define requirements, review progress, and resolve issues identified during testing.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
• 3+ years of Python/Django development experience.
• 2+ years of front-end and back-end test automation experience using RSpec, Cucumber, or similar tools.
• Experience working in Agile or Kanban delivery environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Develop web applications using React for front-end functionality and Python/Django for back-end services.
• Build new features, deliver enhancements, and resolve software defects across one or more application platforms.
• Work with product management teams to clarify requirements, review in-progress work, and address issues from manual testing.
• Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical planning sessions.
• Evaluate design options, architectural trade-offs, and implementation approaches.
• Contribute actively to daily stand-up meetings and team delivery discussions.
• Participate in peer code reviews as part of standard software development and change management practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and support strong engineering practices across the team.
• Work independently or collaboratively depending on project needs.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with enterprise SaaS or cloud-based applications.
• 3+ years of development experience with Python and Django.
• 2+ years of experience developing front-end and back-end automated tests using RSpec, Cucumber, or comparable frameworks.
• Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, and technical trade-offs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of relational database concepts and data modeling practices.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile or Kanban environments.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative approach to software development.

• Technical leadership or management experience.
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as Kubernetes, GCP, AWS, or similar platforms.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Experience working on enterprise-grade software platforms.
