Sr Android Engineer

Understanding of accessibility features on Android and building accessible experiences on Android will be a plus. Understanding how to use Gen AI tools like Copilot or Gemini.

Education:

Bachelors.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Mobile applications in a fast-paced environment
• 6+ years of professional experience developing publicly available Android apps using Kotlin
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
• Experience leading and mentoring junior engineers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and debugging
• Experience optimizing Android applications for performance and responsiveness
• Familiarity with Android SDK, Android Studio, and other relevant tools
• Experience using third‑party libraries and APIs in Android development
• Knowledge of mobile landscape, architectures, trends and emerging technologies used in creating performant and resilient Android Apps

• Your advanced Git skills and respective branching strategies
• Understanding of RESTful APIs
