About the Role
HFB Technologies is hiring an in‑office AI Website Developer in St. George, UT to build, edit, and improve client websites using AI‑assisted development tools. The role emphasizes prompt engineering, reviewing AI‑generated code, and creating internal workflows to speed production and improve quality.
Key Responsibilities- Build, edit, and improve websites using AI‑assisted development tools
- Develop website layouts, sections, functionality, and systems to meet project requirements
- Use AI tools to generate, troubleshoot, refine, and improve code
- Write effective prompts that produce usable, high‑quality development results
- Review AI‑generated output for quality, accuracy, performance, and usability
- Turn client notes and design direction into functional websites in collaboration with the team
- Help develop internal AI workflows and systems to improve efficiency
- Troubleshoot website issues and perform updates as needed
- Stay current on AI tools and website development practices
- Experience with website development
- Strong understanding of AI tools and how to use them effectively
- Experience developing systems, workflows, or tools with AI
- Ability to write clear, effective prompts for AI‑assisted development
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to review and improve AI‑generated code or website output
- Comfortable learning new tools and adapting quickly
- Must be able to work in person in St. George, UT
- Experience using AI coding tools or website builders
- Experience with automation, integrations, or internal systems
- Basic understanding of SEO, conversion‑focused design, or digital marketing
- Experience working on client or business websites
Candidates who enjoy using AI to accelerate development, can convert rough ideas into usable website sections or systems, troubleshoot AI output, and experiment with new technology.
