CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Senior Back‑End Developer to join our Information Technology team.

- Design and Development:
Develop solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms; design, code, test, debug, document, maintain, and modify complex computer programs; lead technical staff and clients in investigating, analyzing, and resolving complex technical problems. - Testing & Documentation:
Perform unit testing and assist the BA in defining test plans; design, code, test, implement, document solutions; aid in application maintenance, debugging, and upgrades; create architectural and code‑level documentation. - Maintenance:
Ensure that expected analytic levels are achieved; identify and manage interfaces, service levels, standards, and configurations. - Projects:
Assist in providing cost and time estimates for project tasks and defining project tasks; complete project work within agreed‑upon deadlines. - Client Service:
Effectively communicate with a wide range of clients (partners, business users, IT team members, vendors, management); interact with senior leaders and team members to discuss requirements, explore solutions, and demonstrate functionality.
- 4 years relevant experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Perform data extraction from custom file formats using C# SSIS.
- Perform data extraction and manipulation from multiple data sources, including files and SQL databases; deploy packages to a SQL Server.
- Create environment variables and assign them in SQL Server.
- Microsoft SQL Server:
Write stored procedures, views, functions, queries, and design tables for data warehouses; create the necessary foreign key, primary key, and other constraints; understand staging and warehouse databases. - Microsoft Analysis Services (SSAS):
Create new tabular models and cubes, including relationships and measures; support existing tabular models and cubes; write DAX formulas for measures; deploy tabular models and cubes to SQL Server; create and manage roles and row‑level security. - Power BI:
Create and support new Power BI dashboards; perform data analysis and validation in Power BI; write DAX formulas for measures.
