About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Now Senior Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Service Now solutions to support our business processes. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the Service Now platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and other modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development:
  Lead the design, development, and customization of Service Now applications and services.
• Implementation:
  Implement Service Now solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
• Integration:
  Integrate Service Now with other enterprise systems and applications to facilitate seamless data flow and automation.
• Maintenance:
  Maintain and enhance Service Now instances, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Consultation:
  Provide expert advice and consultation on Service Now best practices and industry standards.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Operations, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Documentation:
  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, processes, and user guides.
• Training:
  Train and mentor junior developers and administrators on the Service Now platform and development practices.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  
  A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Service Now Developer, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications:
  
  Service Now Certified System Administrator and Service Now Certified Application Developer are required. Additional certifications in ITIL, Agile, or specific Service Now modules are a plus.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Strong understanding of Service Now APIs, web services, and integration techniques.
• Problem-Solving:
  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Team Player:
  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
