Location: Remote or Hybrid in Salt Lake City or Ogden, Utah
Position OverviewArchitect and develop robust, scalable software solutions. Mentor junior developers and drive technical decisions across projects.
Responsibilities- Design and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Lead technical architecture and design decisions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in .NET, C#, and modern web frameworks (Blazor, React, Angular, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
