Warehouse Associate​/Forklift Operator

Job Overview

Tellworks Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to operate forklifts safely and move packages across our warehouses in the United States. The role requires a high attention to detail and responsibility while handling industrial vehicles.

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight from trailers and containers.
• Locate and move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations.
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
• Keep updated inventory records and activity logs.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 2‑4 years of forklift experience.
• Ability to read and decode freight coding.
• Capable of lifting, standing, bending, and rotating motions.
• Operating hand truck and forklift.
• Proficient in English reading and writing.
• Basic mathematics skills.
• Must pass federal/state/local background checks and drug/alcohol tests.

• Move within warehouse, access products and machinery, assist others.
• Move and place cartons on pallets weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Perform downward bending with knees.
• Detect, determine, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, observe, inspect, estimate, and assess products.
• Communicate and convey accurate information.

• Basic mathematics (add, divide, multiply, subtract).
• Interpret instruction.
• Basic computer skills.
• Prefer forklift skills.
