Aircraft Maintenance Technician A&P

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part 91 Aircraft Maintenance Technicia
n to support our corporate fleet. This role requires hands‑on maintenance expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating closely with the Director of Maintenance. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains high standards, and understands the importance of safety, accountability, and attention to detail.

• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections and servicing on entire fleet
• Conduct preventative maintenance, including but not limited to, tire changes, brake changes, routine servicing and inspections
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair aircraft discrepancies as they arise
• Maintain accurate aircraft maintenance records, including database updates for the Falcon and Phenom fleets, ensuring maintenance tracking systems are current and compliant
• Coordinate closely with the Director of Maintenance to keep aircraft due lists up to date, communicate aircraft status and maintenance issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Assist with aircraft cleaning and detailing
• Demonstrate the ability to work self-sufficiently, while remaining accountable for all work performed
• Collaborate with pilots or other maintenance staff on aircraft issues

• A & P License required
• Experience working under Part 91 operations preferred
• Prior experience with Falcon, Phenom, and /or Learjet aircraft strongly preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Strong communication and organizational skills
