** Delivery Driver Flooring Warehouse
** RC Willey is seeking a dedicated and reliable delivery driver to join our carpet and flooring warehouse team and play a key role in delivering top-quality service. In this fast-paced, rewarding role, you’ll be responsible for safely delivering flooring and similar products to customers’ homes, all while ensuring exceptional service. ** Key Responsibilities
*** Operate a box truck or other Company vehicle
* Inspect flooring merchandise for damage before loading item for delivery
* Examine and inspect merchandise for any damage and defects
* Safely maneuver heavy and awkward merchandise
* Provide outstanding customer service when delivering merchandise
* Resolve problems encountered during deliveries
* All other duties as assigned
** Skills and Qualifications
*** Ability to lift up to 100lbs regularly
* Able to work as a team and independently to meet goals
* Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver license and good driving history
* Drivers are required to obtain a DOT Medical Card within 90 days of employment
* Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
** Helpful but Not Required
*** Previous experience in delivery, warehousing, or a similar physical role
* Familiarity with basic tools and equipment for assembling or handling products
* A strong track record of providing excellent customer service
