• Operate shuttle buses safely and responsibly, ensuring timely and seamless transportation of passengers.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform inspections, fuel buses, and log trip counts.
• Provide exceptional client and customer service, answering questions and offering directions.
• Assist disabled passengers and customers with luggage at the garage or airport locations.
• Communicate hazards, spills, accidents, and any policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Be punctual, worn in uniform, and carry a valid state‑issued driver’s license at all times.
• Maintain an acceptable DMV record.
• Serve as a substitute driver for cashiers or valets if authorized.
• Assist the Facility Manager with additional duties as needed.

• Education/
  
  Experience:
  
  Less than high school education or one month of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination.
• License: Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement, maintained per DOT regulations.
• Medical: Current DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate).
• Availability: Must work 3rd shift and/or weekends if required.
• Language: Read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and emails; present information to customers and staff.
• Mathematics: Add, subtract, multiply, and divide two‑digit numbers using U.S. currency units.
• Appearance: Maintain a neat, clean appearance and wear complete uniform at all times.
• Physical Demands: Stand, walk, use hands for cash and equipment, occasionally sit, climb, balance, and lift up to 75 pounds.

• Pay: $26.00 per hour.
• Sign‑on Bonus: $1,000.
